The caramel hair color trend has been popping up in our Instagram feeds and Pinterest boards nonstop. And for good reason: it’s a great option for all skin tones, and it looks stunning on every single woman.

It’s also one of the most versatile trends out there; you can use it as a subtle addition to your natural hair color or as a dramatic contrast between two opposite shades (like blonde and brunette). In fact, some people can even pull off three different shades at once!

But how do you find out if this is right for you? The secret lies in knowing what kind of look you want to achieve before picking up that box of dye. When choosing your new hue, think about how warm or cool-toned your current shade is—and if there are any other elements like highlights or lowlights that need warming up as well!

When deciding to dye your hair caramel, or any color for that matter, you need to consider a few things.

When deciding to dye your hair caramel, or any color for that matter, you need to consider a few things.

  • Your skin tone: This goes along with what I said above about natural hair colors because you want to make sure that the shade of caramel will be flattering on your complexion. If you have fair skin and light eyes, then I would suggest choosing a lighter shade of caramel (think honey blonde). If you have darker skin and dark eyes, then I would suggest choosing a darker shade of caramel (think strawberry blonde).
  • What color you are currently: If your current color is darker than what’s pictured in this blog post then this may not be the right time for you to change up your look! It’s important to go into any major change with realistic expectations. You don’t want all this excitement only to end up feeling disappointed later on because it wasn’t exactly how you imagined it would turn out!
  • What YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE: It’s important not only think about yourself but also think about everyone else who will see or interact with your new ‘do! How will others react? Will they like it? Will they think it looks good on me? These questions should factor into any decision-making process when considering changing up one’s appearance—especially since so many people these days rely on social media as their primary source for validation.”

Brunettes might want to try a warm caramel hair color.

If you’re a brunette and looking to try out a new caramel hair color, here are some ideas:

  • Warm caramel hair color—Warm caramel is the same as warm browns in general, but it can be applied to any of these shades. If your natural hair color is on the lighter side, then warm caramel highlights will look great. This would be especially true if you have blonde or red tones in your hair already (which means that they will pop). If not, then our second option may be more suitable:
  • Light brown with highlights—Light brown is generally used for light blonde or ash-to-medium brunettes. It’s also perfect for those who have naturally dark (or very dark) hair because it makes their strands look lighter without making them appear washed out or ashy. This can be done by either highlighting certain strands individually (with balayage or ombre techniques) or by adding all-over color during application at home!

If you are looking for more of an icy look, you might want to try a silver ash brown caramel.

If you’re looking for a more icy look, you might want to try a silver ash brown caramel. This is one of the coolest new hair color options. It’s perfect for those who are going for something different than their usual brunette or blonde shades.

You can achieve this shade with two shades of brown and one shade of silver or light grey:

  • Dark Brown (1)
  • Medium Brown (2)
  • Light Grey/Silver Ash (3)

Blondes might prefer a lighter shade of caramel, like a honey-caramel.

How to get a honey-caramel hair color: If you have blonde hair and want to try out the caramel trend, there are a few ways of achieving it. The easiest way is to use a balayage technique on top of your existing color. This will allow for some natural highlights, which can be dyed darker with caramel dye. Or if you’re starting from scratch (i.e., having all or most of your hair bleached), then just go straight for the caramel dye!

Once you’ve chosen your dream caramel color, it’s time to dye it!

If you’re looking to get your hair dyed, there are a few things you should know first. First off, don’t dye your hair without doing any research first. Read through the instructions carefully and follow them closely to avoid damaging your hair or changing the color of it in ways that might not be pleasing to you. You also shouldn’t dye your own hair unless you have experience with dying and cutting it before—if this is the case for you then great! But for everyone else: make sure to go see a professional stylist who can help determine what shade of caramel best suits your skin tone and personality (and make sure they’re using safe dyes!).

Once all that’s done, it’s time to pick out which brand of dye will work best for getting that sweet brown color into those strands! There are several brands on the market but I’ve found two favorites so far: Clairol Natural Instincts Creme Hair Color Kit ($9 at Walmart) and Revlon Colorsilk Hair Color ($20 at Walmart). Both contain ammonia-free ingredients which means no harsh fumes while applying them

The caramel hair trend is here and we are not mad about it.

This week, we’re going to take a look at the hottest new hair colour trend: caramel hair.

If you are thinking about trying out this new shade, we can tell you that it is definitely worth it! But before you decide to go for it and get your caramel locks dyed, make sure you do some research first. The last thing you want is to have your hair ruined by an inexperienced stylist or have no clue how to maintain its new colour after the fact.

There are many different types of caramel colours available on the market today and each one is slightly different from one another. Some are more golden while others are more reddish brown in tone but they all fall under the same general category so don’t be surprised if someone refers to your light brown locks as “caramel coloured” even though technically speaking it isn’t actually true (because there isn’t any caramel dye involved).
