Follow these steps to help your caramel colour last

  • Use a colour-safe shampoo and conditioner. This can be found at any drug store or beauty supply shop, but if you’re unsure of where to find one, ask your stylist or Google it!
  • Use a heat protectant product when you use heated styling tools like blow dryers and flat irons. Be careful with these tools on all hair types, but especially if your hair is coloured as they can damage the colour more quickly than usual.
  • Avoid over-washing your hair – make sure you cleanse thoroughly once or twice per week at most! Too much washing strips natural oils from the surface of our skin/scalp which can cause irritation and exacerbate other problems such as dandruff or acne breakouts (for example). Try using dry shampoo instead for an easy fix that won’t strip as much moisture from your strands; this will keep them healthy while still removing excess oil from the scalp area without having to wash every day (or even every other day). Resist using too much conditioner by only putting it on midshafts up through ends of locks so there aren’t any buildups along lengths which could cause breakage later down line.”

Caramel hair colours

Caramel hair colour is a warm shade of brown that has a hint of red. This can be achieved by highlighting your hair with brown, copper or honey tones and then applying a toner to soften the shade. There are several variations to caramel hair colours:

  • Auburn Brown (pictured above): this will give you dark chocolatey brown with hints of red and orange
  • Copper: gives you reddish-brown highlights
  • Honey: this adds warmth to your natural colour so it’s perfect if your hair is already light blonde or lighter than medium brown
  • Light Caramel/Medium Caramel/Dark Caramel/Bright Caramel: these are all names for different versions of caramel coloured hair

Which caramel hair colour is right for you?

Caramel hair colour is a warm tone, which means it will have a slight orangey/yellow hue to it. Carail hair colour can be applied through different shades of blonde and brown.

Here are the most common types of caramel hairstyles:

  • Blonde: This is the lightest form of caramel colouring. It’s very similar to platinum blonde, but with more golden undertones.
  • Dark Blonde: This version has more depth, making it ideal for those who want a more rich looking brunette shade without going too far into brown territory (and who don’t want to spend hours in the salon).
  • Medium Blonde: The perfect balance between lightness and darkness, this style offers plenty of variation when it comes to styling options like balayage or ombre styles that look best on medium-toned hair colours like this one! The effect is very flattering because it gives off an elegant vibe when done right.”
