Ultra Violet Hair: With a name like ultra violet, this purple hair color trend is sure to be a bold choice.
Ultra violet is a bold color that requires bleaching your hair and using semi-permanent dye. It’s a great option for people who have fair skin and blue eyes, as the purple with a blue undertone makes their eyes really pop. The best part? You can use it on long hair or short hair!
Deep Purple Hair: Deep purple hair is a beautiful combination of dark black and purple hues that give the hair depth and mystery.
Deep purple hair is a beautiful combination of dark black and purple hues that give the hair depth and mystery. This can be achieved by using a deep purplish-black base color, with hints of violet throughout. The result is an extraordinary transformation of an ordinary hair color.
This shade makes for fun and bold looks that are sure to turn heads in any room you walk into! If you’re looking to try out something new, then this is a great way to do it! You can add deep purple highlights or go all out with full-on dark black roots combined with striking highlights throughout your mane—you won’t regret it! The beauty of deep purple hair will speak for itself once people see it up close so don’t hesitate if this sounds like something worth trying before making any big decisions about what type of color might work best on your head (which could be difficult).
Lavender Hair: The most popular of the purple hair color trends, lavender hair utilizes mostly pastel shades of purple with hints of soft blues.
Lavender hair is the most popular of the purple hair color trends. It utilizes mostly pastel shades of purple with hints of soft blues. This is a great choice for someone who is not ready for a dramatic purple but would like to wear a color that isn’t too far off from their natural color and provides them with a little bit of pop!
You can also have lavender hair with blonde hair, which I think looks fabulous!
Violet Balayage Hair: Using a balayage technique, violet balayage hair adds soft bursts of pink and purple into light and dark browns.
Violet balayage is a fun hair color for those who want to add a splash of color to their look. With this technique, you will get soft bursts of pink and purple into light and dark browns. To get this look, use the same techniques as you would for any other balayage style. The best part about this style is that it’s completely customizable! You can choose your own shade of violet from the many available options on the market today, or if you’re feeling more daring, you can try mixing and matching different shades until you find something that complements your skin tone perfectly!
To maintain this look at home:
- Wash your hair once or twice a week with gentle shampoo that won’t strip away too much color (I like SheaMoisture African Black Soap Moisturizing Shampoo).
- Condition only when necessary (once every few weeks). I like As I Am Coconut Cowash Coconut CoWash because it doesn’t leave build-up on my scalp which keeps dandruff away from me (the worst!).

Pastel purple hair color is a light, feminine shade that you can achieve by bleaching the hair. The result is a pretty pastel hue that’s perfect for lighter skin tones.
There are two ways you can go about getting this look: (1) using a dye or (2) using bleach and adding in your own highlights. The first option will give you long-lasting color without any fading; however, it does require bleaching and can take several processes before achieving the desired result. If you don’t mind waiting a little longer but still want to be able to maintain your hairstyle throughout, then this may work best for you!
UPC’s Purple Up Campaign 2019-2020
UPC’s Purple Up Campaign 2019-2020 is a campaign for all the military kids out there. This campaign is to help military kids feel special and appreciated.
We have found that, when children are in the hospital or other medical settings, they can feel out of place because they don’t always fit in with their peers. UPC wants to change this by encouraging them to make themselves stand out! As you can see from our pictures here, we’re wearing purple hair colors and accessories. If you want to join us in making a difference for these kids but cannot afford it right now (or are afraid of dying your own hair), do not fear! You can still participate by wearing some purple clothing—we won’t mind at all!
Purple is so hot right now!
Purple is so hot right now. The purple hair color trend has been around for a while, but it’s still going strong in 2019. Purple hair is one of the hottest colors you can have right now because of its versatility, especially if you’re thinking about going purple but aren’t sure where to begin! We’ll cover all your options here and explain exactly what makes purple such an amazing color choice for any skin tone or style.
Choosing Your Shade of Purple Hair
There are hundreds of shades available when choosing a shade of purple hair! You may be wondering which one will look best on you, or if there’s even one that isn’t going to clash with your skin tone. For starters: don’t worry too much about finding the perfect shade just yet! Just try different colors until one works for both your lifestyle and personal style preferences (and remember that things like weather conditions can affect how these colors work out). While we recommend trying out different shades before deciding on one, here are some general tips that should help guide any decision-making process:
- If you have lighter skin tones (fair or light), stick with darker purples like royal blue or magenta instead of pinks or purples with white undertones.* Darker colors usually look better than lighter ones because they won’t draw as much attention away from other aspects of your face.* If however this doesn’t appeal then try mixing two colors together either by using highlights around temples/ears etc; OR by applying two different hues underneath each other – this would create a gradient effect which looks quite pretty!
