Drink more water.

Drinking more water is the easiest and most effective way to get rid of under eye bags. Water helps flush toxins out of your system, keeps you hydrated and helps normalize skin, hair and nail health. It also helps flush out excess sodium, which can lead to bloating.

So how much water should you drink? According to the Mayo Clinic, most adults need around two liters (about 8 cups) of total beverages each day — including both liquids from foods as well as drinks such as coffee or tea. You’re even better off if you can find a way to sneak in an additional half gallon (2 liters) or so throughout the day (e.g., by carrying around a refillable bottle).

Try skipping salt at dinner.

The next time you’re at the supermarket, skip the boxed and canned foods. They’re full of sodium, which can lead to water retention. At home, try skipping salt at dinner. It may not seem like a big deal when you’re having a bowl of cereal or adding some salt to your morning eggs—but it could be contributing to your under eye bags! Try seasoning your food with spices instead (like black pepper or turmeric) and see if that makes any difference in how they look.

Break out the cucumbers.

If you have an extra cucumber lying around (or you’re lucky enough to live in a place where they grow year-round), there’s a simple trick that can reduce the appearance of under eye bags. Just slice it up, put some slices into your freezer for 10 minutes and then apply them to your eyes for 10 minutes. Repeat twice a day for best results. Or if you don’t want to use cucumber slices, green tea bags also work great!

Sip some caffeine.

The next time you want to get rid of under eye bags, try sipping some caffeine. You can do this in a few ways:

  • Drink your caffeine. Caffeine has been shown to constrict blood vessels, which will help reduce dark circles and puffiness around your eyes.
  • Apply it topically. If you’re too tired to actually drink caffeine, just rub some tea bags on the area around your eyes for about 10 minutes and see if that does the trick (it should).

First things first, you’re going to need chamomile tea. If you don’t have any in your pantry or fridge, grab some from the store. You can make a pot of tea with it for future use as well!

  • Foods with little or no sodium include fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains like brown rice or quinoa pasta which are often mistaken for being high in calories but are actually very low calorie when prepared properly by boiling them for about 15 minutes until they’re tender enough to eat without chewing too much – just make sure not to cook them too long otherwise they’ll turn mushy!

But unfortunately, sleeping on your back won’t help get rid of under eye bags. There are other ways to get rid of under eye bags as well:

  • Eat more potassium-rich foods. Bananas, avocados and potatoes are all rich in potassium, which helps balance out the effects of sodium on your body’s fluid levels and helps keep things running smoothly inside your cells. However, don’t overdo it—too much potassium can be toxic!
  • Avoid processed and fast foods that contain added sugars and fats (which affect how much fluid circulates throughout your body) as well as high-sodium condiments like soy sauce or ketchup that may exacerbate matters even further!

In addition to the previous tips, here are some other tricks that might help you:

  • Avoid salty foods and drinks. Sodium causes fluid retention, which leads to under-eye puffiness. If your puffy eyes are caused by salt intake, cutting down on it will help reduce swelling and thus make your eyes look less puffy.
